The changed tree

This tree is on the grass near the swimming pool.When it was very small it had sticks to support it.So far it has survived nature’s cruelties and grown taller and stronger.May it grow stronger and taller still.

We guessed that the tree was planted in 2008.We guessed that because in 2008 it magically appeared over night.

Maybe it’s a totara tree and it will grow and live for 100 years like the puriri tree.Maybe it’s a kowhai tree and will attract bees.Either way we hope that it’s a very
