We have been learning how to describe a character in a narrative. Read some of these great descriptions about Mrs Trunchbull.

Mrs Trunchbull
Mrs Trunchbull was the principal of Crunchem Hall School. She was a wicked, mean, disgusting old lady who never walked but marched instead like a storm trooper. Her hair was dark grey and tight because it was tied up in a bun. As for her face, it was covered in wrinkles, freckles, warts, moles and old skin, all sorts of yucky stuff! She had a long pale nose that showed up quite well. Mrs Trunchbull was a devilish monster that was mean to everybody she sees. Her size was as big as a rhinicerous and as fast as the flick of a fish's tail. Mrs Trunchbull was a monster.

  1. Hi Nina, I loved reading your vivid description of Mrs Trunchbull. I think Sandie and Kerry could learn a few things from her, just joking. I especially liked the simile you used about the fish's tail. Keep up the great writing, can't wait to read your narratives.
