We have been very busy learning how to write narratives. At the moment we are learning how to write endings. We have changed the endings to some well known fairy stories.
What do you think?
WALT change the ending of Little Red Riding Hood.
The wolf gobbled up Little Red Riding Hood. Grandma, who was in the closet, was quietly undoing the tight ropes around her body. She could hear her precious grand daughter screaming. “I need to save Little Red Riding Hood,” whispered Grandma to herself.
Suddenly the ropes came undone and she found on the closet, a door handle, ropes that she had undone and a key. What can I do she thought to herself. She tied the door handle to the rope and made a lasso.
Quietly she crept out of the closet and whirled her lasso over the wolf’s head. Grandma pulled the lasso tight around the wolf’s stomach, which made Little Red Riding Hood pop out of his mouth.
Grandma asked Little Red Riding Hood if she would like to stay for dinner. Little Red Riding Hood said “Yes please, can we have roast wolf?”

What a cool change to the end of the story! I liked how Grandma didn't just spend the whole time in bed.
